How it works

Resourca can either run on your own web or intranet server or be hosted from our own dedicated Resourca servers. To use the system you, your clients and business partners will need only a web browser.

Resourca is very easy to use; digital assets are added to folders within libraries along with additional metadata information. This enables subsequent users to search by text, name, type and category to instantly locate assets. 

After performing a search, relevant files are displayed in a clear list with image thumbnails. The details of an asset can then be viewed which, depending on access rights, will enable editing, deletion or immediate download.

Once files have been selected a user can either download, send assets and/or order offline assets. Downloaded assets are sent directly to the users desktop. Sent assets will be received in an email link. Offline assets can be ordered via an automatically generated email request to the asset holder.

Essentially, Resourca will make your entire bank of digital assets instantly available online, 24x7. We have designed the system with ease of use in mind and no technical knowledge is needed.
