Files

Using Resourca allows you to find all your digital assets with ease due to our intuitive filing system.

User Settings

With Resourca you can simply edit your personal preferences. Users can define preferences including search result format, default browsing method and number of search results to be shown per page.

File Suppliers

Resourca allows you to associate a contact person, or "file supplier" to files so that your users can request copies of large files to be delivered offline, without downloading from the system.

Libraries

Libraries are your top-level folders within Resourca, and are how you will control access to your files, assigning users and user groups to libraries with specific permissions. Users can have different permissions on different libraries and you can even give your libraries their own branding to create areas of the system for your clients.

Users and User Groups

Manage your users - from Administrators down to Viewers, Resourca's flexible security system allows you to control your users access to files as much, or as little, as you need. Resourca also includes a powerful approvals mechanism that allows you to set some users as "untrusted contributors" whose activity within the system must first be approved before any other users of the system can see their changes.
